Ijuuin Enzan
This is his original Japanese name.
I-juu-in: "I" can mean "that one, or even Italy". "juu" means to "gather"; "in" means "school, or institution".
En-zan: "En" means "flame, or blaze"; "zan" means "mountain".

Chaud Blaze
This is American, or dub name. "Blaze" is obviously from the "en" in his Japanese name "Enzan".
"Chaud" is French for "hot" (as in the temperature hot, not the sesshy hot XD), and is most likely also taken from the "en" in "Enzan".

Eugene Chaud
Eugene sounds like Ijuuin, neh? It is also Greek for "born well, or born lucky". Which I suppose he is, since he's so dirty rich!
